Joseph Abrahams grew up on Long Island and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Stony Brook University in 2008. He began his legal career as a paralegal, helping individuals obtain Social Security Disability and Municipal Disability Pension benefits. It was during this time that Joseph discovered his passion for the law and its power to help those in need, a realization that drove him to pursue a legal education and become an attorney.

Joseph attended Touro College Law Center from 2011 to 2014, earning his Juris Doctor. While in law school, he worked nights as an intern, writing briefs to help attorneys prepare for upcoming Social Security Disability hearings. Since his admission to the Bar in 2015, Joseph has been a vigorous advocate for individuals seeking Social Security Disability benefits. Throughout his career, he has developed a deep commitment to treating every client with compassion and understands how important it is to give each case the individual attention it deserves.
