I-601 A Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver
What is it? - It is an application that upon approval, it will waive the applicant’s unlawful presence in the U.S in order to proceed to adjustment of status. The purpose of this waiver is to have your unlawful presence waived while being in the U.S to avoid the three-ten year bar.
