The Law Offices of Joseph A. Romano, P.C. on Thursday, April 26, 2018.

On April 16th, 2016, The U.S, Senate refused to pass The Tribal Labor Sovereignty Act.

The Law Offices of Joseph A. Romano applaud the United Sates Senate on this historic and patriotic decision.

Preserved, for the time being anyway, are the protections long ago set in place for the American worker, in particular the right to form a union in the workplace.

Chalk this one up as a “win”.

The potential for harm had this bill successfully passed, is stupendous. Besides the aforementioned loss of rights, estimated to affect more than 600,000 workers, the legal precedent set by this legislation would have surely empowered the various Anti-Union Movements gaining ground currently.

With more precedent setting cases on the legal horizon, the fight shall continue on.

The Law Offices of Joseph A. Romano P.C. shall stand firm as a warrior for the Rights of the American Worker.
