To protect your right to file a Post 9/11 Latent Injury/Illness, any time in the future.
You must register your presence before the 2018 September deadline!
Smoldering ash, and wildfires at Ground Zero continued to ignite for 99 days after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. Respirable chemicals infiltrated the air ducts of residential and commercial buildings in the surrounding area, contaminating the air inside as well in the streets below.
Many were adversely affected health wise, some worse than others. Many still are unaware that a special Post 9/11 Latent Illness/Injury fund has been created for all those who remained nearby during the following year.
New York State Workers Compensation System may pay you according to your 9/11 latent injury/illness severity, even if you were not on the job, just present in the neighborhood.
Allow us to assist you today.
*Reminder: Statute of Limitations for Registration runs out soon.
Act fast to get started or miss out. Here is what you need to do:
Gather information. If you were nearby to Ground Zero during the year following the attacks you must be able to prove it. If you were volunteering or getting paid to work in the area, get documentation. If you lived nearby, or attended school, obtain valid documents to affirm your physical presence.
With this information successfully registered before September 11, 2018, you will then have until 2020 to actually file a Post 9/11 Latent Illness/Injury claim. Allow us to assist you today.
