New York State Supreme Court Adds INSULT to Personal - INJURY

FACTUAL TRUE CASE SUMMARY:

1. An injured claimant appealed his loss of a personal injury lawsuit to The New York State Supreme Court , contesting that a social media post should not have been used as evidence against his claim in the lower court.

2. The New York State Supreme Court ruled against the injured claimant’s appeal, duly ordering him to pay appellate court costs and legal fees to the opposing party.
