Breaking news for Haitians living in the U.S. If you are living here under Temporary Protected Status the DHS is ending your residency. It's critical you contact our firm if you have TPS status living in the United States. This week the Department of Homeland Security stated they'd be ending Temporary status for Haitians. Haitians were given residency after the devestating earthquakes in Haiti.

If you are affected by this change please contact us. We may be able to pivot from Temporary status to another status in order to keep you in America.
